for wordynessie who gave me 1xR, prompt: path unwinding... I wrote a true drabble for this one! 100 words!! (you might find this feels like an epilogue to my fic arc, Ordinary.. well if any of you remember it, that is)


There is the past and there is the future. And what of now? Now, she sits beside Heero, while he reads his book and she writes in her journal. Now, they rest… together. They've each walked their own paths, trying to find their way until they found each other.  So they walked side by side as their paths converged until they reached the end. And now, side by side, they breathe for a little while. Now, they have all the time in the world to choose from the paths unwinding before them. This time they’ll walk them hand in hand.
