and a prologue!

i jus wanted to post it once on LJ before i go to FFN, jus in case there are some glaring mistakes that i missed...

( prologue to the companion fic that i've been working on for way too long )

ok so i've been watching the democratic national convention since last nite... is it weird that i enjoy speeches this much?  ( gushing over speakers )

hey anybody remember my OC GW fic?  that horrible attempt at making original characters... well it's back! sort of... i mean to say that i'm working on it again... haven't really touched it since last yr... i have been so non-productive these past few months (save jen's b-day ficlet)

anyway was having a convo with cute_nessie earlier and she asked me what i was working on fic-wise...and sonce this is the last thing i worked on i mentioned it and since she got me thinking about it again i said hey, why not give this another try...

so we have the prologue

and then the scene that sort of explains my plot

and now... the ( newer stuff )

so.. as i mourn the absence of my dear raine_mystique i've decided to post a snippet of my OC GW fic... since she liked it so much... i've promised to finish it before she gets back... took me 2 yrs to finish my other fic... maybe it's wishful thinking to attempt to finish in 3 months...

u guys really rock.. i'm so glad i decided to post my roughs up here because the comments ur offering really get me thinking about how to write... ok so i'm gonna try to get out of this detached pov and see if i can get into a limited perspective of the boy's... i'm gonna try to write some more interaction with the outside world once i get some good inspiration..

we're finally gonna see why i keep calling this a GW fic... and u get a little peek into the plot...

anyway... no biggie... i realize that i am a newbie to the LJ...err...circle... and that snippet was a little sappy...

ok so i'm trying to write some original fiction but i'm noticing that i'm having trouble with characterization.. so since the reason i started fanficcing was for practice anyway.. i'm thinking why not write fanfic with some original charas as an exercise...
